Paudhon ke paas na dimaag hai, na nerves, na maanspeshiyan. Phir bhi wo roshni ki taraf mudte hain, jadein paani dhoondh leti hain, aur chhui-mui chhoote hi sikud jaati hai! Ye sab hormones aur vriddhi (growth) se hota hai.

๐ Paudha Roshni Ki Taraf Kaise Mudta Hai?
Khidki ke paas rakha gamla kuch dinon mein khidki ki taraf jhuk jaata hai. Kyun? Iska jawaab hai
AUXIN naam ka hormone.
Jab roshni ek taraf se aati hai, toh auxin chhaanv wale (andhere) hisse mein jama ho
jaata hai. Auxin cells ko lamba karta hai โ toh andhere wale side ke cells
zyada badh jaate hain, aur roshni wale side ke kam. Jab ek taraf zyada badhega toh
tana apne aap doosri taraf jhuk jaayega โ yani roshni ki taraf! Paudha "chal" nahi
raha, wo ek taraf zyada badh raha hai.

๐ก Dhyan do: Pehle teen (auxin, gibberellin, cytokinin) badhat badhate hain, aur ABA badhat rokta hai. Board mein "kaunsa hormone growth inhibitor hai?" poocha jaata hai โ jawaab abscisic acid.
Chhui-mui ko chhoote hi uski pattiyan turant sikud jaati hain โ ye nastic movement hai, tropic nahi! Isme growth shaamil nahi. Cells se paani achanak nikal jaata hai jisse wo pichak jaate hain aur patti mud jaati hai. Aur dhyan do โ patti kis disha se chhui gayi, isse koi farak nahi padta. Isiliye ye "adishik" (non-directional) hai.
Bharatiya kisan hormones ka istemal roz karte hain โ kele ko pakane ke liye, angoor ko bada karne ke liye (gibberellin), aur nursery mein jadein ugane ke liye (auxin). Par dhyan rahe โ phal pakane ke liye calcium carbide ka istemal Bharat mein kanoonan mana hai, kyunki wo sehat ke liye khatarnaak hai.
