Motion ko samjhne ka sabse achha tareeka hai graph. Ek nazar mein graph bata deta hai ki object ruka hua hai, uniform speed se chal raha hai, ya accelerate kar raha hai. Class 9 mein hum do graphs padhte hain: Distance-Time (s-t) aur Velocity-Time (v-t).

Ek gaadi 10 m/s ki constant velocity se 5 second chalti hai. v-t graph ek rectangle banega.
Distance = area = lambai ร— chaudai = velocity ร— time
= 10 ร— 5 = 50 m

โœ” Example 3 - Uniform acceleration (triangle area):

Ek gaadi rest (0) se chalkar 4 second mein 20 m/s ki velocity paati hai. Distance kitni chali?
Graph ek triangle banega.
Distance = area of triangle = ยฝ ร— base ร— height
= ยฝ ร— 4 ร— 20 = 40 m

Acceleration = slope = (v โˆ’ u) รท t = (20 โˆ’ 0) รท 4 = 5 m/sยฒ

โœ” Example 5 - Trapezium (mila-jula case):

Ek gaadi 10 m/s se chalkar 6 second mein 30 m/s ho jaati hai. Distance?
Shape ek trapezium hai.
Area = ยฝ ร— (dono parallel sides ka jod) ร— height = ยฝ ร— (10 + 30) ร— 6
= ยฝ ร— 40 ร— 6 = 120 m
