Abhi ye lesson padho — kitaab ya phone aapse lagbhag 25 cm door hai, aur saaf dikh raha hai. Ab sar uthaakar khidki ke bahar door dekho — wo bhi saaf dikhta hai.
Ab socho: retina apni jagah par fix hai. Wo aage-peeche nahi khisak sakti. Toh phir do bilkul alag dooriyon ki cheezein ek hi parde par saaf kaise ban gayin?
💡 Lens formula yaad karo: 1/v − 1/u = 1/f.
Yahan v fix hai (lens se retina tak ki doori, lagbhag 2.5 cm). Par
u badal raha hai (cheez paas ya door). Toh formula sahi rehne ke liye
f ko badalna hi padega!
Aur aankh yahi karti hai — wo apne lens ki focal length badal deti hai. Isi
kshamata ko ACCOMMODATION (samayojan) kehte hain.
Camera mein lens ki focal length fix hoti hai — wo badal nahi sakti. Isliye camera
focus karne ke liye poore lens ko aage-peeche khisakta hai (isiliye zoom karte waqt
lens bahar nikalta hai aur awaaz aati hai).
Aankh iska bilkul ulta karti hai: lens apni jagah par hi rehta hai, par
khud mota-patla ho jaata hai. Ye tareeka zyada tez, zyada chup-chaap aur bahut kam
jagah leta hai. Prakriti ka design camera se aage nikal gaya!
💪 Ciliary Muscles Kaam Kaise Karti Hain

⚠️ Zyadatar log ulta samajh lete hain! Yaad rakhne ka tareeka: paas ki cheez

Lens jitna chaahe utna mota nahi ho sakta — uski ek seema hai. Isi seema se do zaroori bindu bante hain:
📌 Near point (nikat bindu) — sabse paas ka wo bindu jise aankh
bina zor ke saaf dekh sakti hai.
Swasth jawaan aankh ke liye = 25 cm
Ise "least distance of distinct vision" (D) bhi kehte hain.
📌 Far point (door bindu) — sabse door ka wo bindu jise aankh saaf
dekh sakti hai.
Swasth aankh ke liye = infinity (anant)
Ye kitaab ya phone haath mein lo aur apne chehre ke bahut paas le aao. Kuch der baad
akshar dhundhle ho jaayenge — aur aankhon par zor mehsoos hoga.
Ab dheere-dheere door le jao. Jis jagah akshar bilkul saaf aur bina zor ke dikhne
lagein — wahi aapka near point hai! Naap kar dekho, lagbhag
25 cm aana chahiye.
⚠️ Agar aapka near point 25 cm se kaafi zyada nikle, toh aankh jaanch karwa lena
theek rahega.
