Swasth aankh ka poora kaam ek hi baat par tika hai: image theek retina par banna chahiye. Agar wo thoda aage ya thoda peeche ban jaaye, toh tasveer dhundhli ho jaati hai.
Achhi khabar ye hai ki ye koi bimari nahi hai — ye sirf ek focus ki gadbad hai. Aur focus theek karne ke liye hume bas ek sahi power ka lens chahiye. Yahi chashma hai.

1️⃣ Myopia — Door Ki Cheezein Dhundhli
Ise nikat-drishti ya short-sightedness bhi kehte hain. Aise vyakti ko paas ki cheezein bilkul saaf dikhti hain, par door ki dhundhli. School mein blackboard nahi dikhta, par kitaab aaram se padh lete hain.
📌 Myopia ke do kaaran:
🔹 Eye lens ki power zaroorat se zyada ho gayi (curvature badh gaya)
🔹 Aankh ka golla lamba ho gaya (retina peeche khisak gayi)
Asar: far point infinity se ghatkar kisi finite doori par aa jaata
hai. Us doori se aage kuch saaf nahi dikhta.

Ek vyakti ka far point sirf 80 cm hai. Use door ki cheezein saaf dekhne ke liye
kitne power ka lens chahiye?
Soch: lens ko infinity ki cheez ka image us vyakti ke
far point (80 cm) par banana hai — kyunki wahan tak toh use dikhta hai. Aur wo
image virtual hoga, usi taraf.

Lens formula: 1/f = 1/v − 1/u

P = 1/(−0.50) = −2 D

Ise door-drishti ya long-sightedness kehte hain. Aise vyakti ko door ki cheezein saaf dikhti hain, par paas ki dhundhli. Kitaab door le jaakar padhni padti hai.
Ek vyakti ka near point 100 cm hai (yani 100 cm se paas kuch saaf nahi dikhta). Use
25 cm par kitaab padhne ke liye kitne power ka lens chahiye?
Soch: lens ko 25 cm par rakhi kitaab ka image us vyakti ke
