Aap jo bhi khaate ho (roti, sabzi, doodh, meat) — uski energy kabhi na kabhi kisi paudhe ne suraj se pakdi thi. Isiliye photosynthesis ko "zindagi ki neev" kaha jaata hai.

Yani: Carbon dioxide + Paani → Glucose (khaana) + Oxygen

Ye ek endothermic prakriya hai — paudha suraj ki energy lekar use glucose ke rasayanik bond mein jama kar leta hai. Baad mein wahi energy respiration (shwasan) se nikalti hai.

🪜 Photosynthesis Ke 3 Steps

Step 1 — Chlorophyll roshni ko soakhta hai
Hara chlorophyll suraj ki energy pakad leta hai.

Step 2 — Roshni ki energy se paani tootta hai
Light energy rasayanik energy ban jaati hai, aur paani ke anu hydrogen aur oxygen mein toot jaate hain. Yahi oxygen bahar nikalti hai — jo hum saans lete hain!

Step 3 — CO₂ glucose mein badalti hai
Hydrogen CO₂ se milkar glucose banata hai.

💨 Aapki Saans Ki Oxygen Kahan Se Aayi?

Photosynthesis mein jo oxygen nikalti hai wo CO₂ se nahi — paani (H₂O) ke tootne se aati hai! Ye vaigyanikon ne khaas prayog se saabit kiya. Yani aap jo saans le rahe ho, uski oxygen kabhi kisi paudhe ne paani se nikaali thi.

🕳️ Stomata — Patti Ke Darwaze

Patti par bahut chhote-chhote chhed hote hain jinhe stomata kehte hain. Har stoma ke dono taraf do guard cells hote hain jo use kholte aur band karte hain.

🚪 Stomata kholne-band karne ka tareeka: Jab guard cells paani se bhar jaate hain toh wo phool jaate hain aur stoma khul jaata hai. Jab paani nikal jaata hai toh wo sikud kar stoma band kar dete hain.

🌵 Isiliye paudhe raat mein aur garmi mein stomata band rakhte hain — taaki paani na ude. Registan ke paudhon (cactus) mein stomata bahut kam aur gehre hote hain.

🌵 Cactus Ka Jugaad

Registan mein paani bachana zaroori hai, isliye cactus din mein stomata band rakhta hai (warna paani ud jaayega) aur raat mein khol kar CO₂ jama karta hai! Phir din mein us jamaa CO₂ se photosynthesis karta hai. Aur uski pattiyan kaante ban gayi hain — kaam (photosynthesis) uska hara tana karta hai.

Bharatiya vaigyanik Jagadish Chandra Bose ne saabit kiya ki paudhe bhi uttejana (stimuli) mehsoos karte hain — unhone iske liye khud crescograph naam ka yantra banaya jo paudhon ki badhat ko 10,000 guna bada karke dikhata tha. Us zamane mein logon ko yakeen hi nahi hota tha ki paudhe bhi "mehsoos" karte hain.
