Electrons Ke "Floors" š¢
Bohr ne bataya ki electrons nucleus ke charon taraf fixed shells (energy levels) mein ghoomte hain. In shells ko andar se bahar ki taraf K, L, M, N... naam diya gaya hai (ya numbers n = 1, 2, 3, 4). Socho ye ek building ke "floors" hain - ground floor (K) pehle bharta hai, phir upar wale. Lekin har floor par sirf ek fixed sankhya mein electrons "reh" sakte hain.
Ek building socho jahan har floor par limited flats hain. Log pehle ground floor (K) mein rehne aate hain; jab wo bhar jaata hai, tab hi agla floor (L) bharta hai. Electrons bhi aise hi - pehle andar wali shell bharti hai, phir bahar wali. Aur har shell ki apni "capacity" hoti hai.

Kisi shell mein maximum kitne electrons reh sakte hain, ye ek simple formula se pata chalta hai:

š Bohr-Bury Rules (Electron Bharne Ke Niyam)
Electrons ko shells mein bharne ke kuch rules hain (Bohr aur Bury ne diye):
- Kisi shell mein max electrons = 2n² (K=2, L=8, M=18...).
- Sabse bahar wali (outermost) shell mein 8 se zyada electrons nahi ho sakte (chahe uski capacity zyada ho).
- Shells andar se bahar ki taraf bharti hain - pehle K, phir L, phir M...
- Koi nayi shell tab tak shuru nahi hoti jab tak pichli (inner) shells niyam ke mutaabik bhar na jaayein.
š Rule 2 bahut important hai! Isi wajah se, jaise Calcium (20 electrons) ka distribution 2, 8, 8, 2 hai, na ki 2, 8, 10 - kyunki M shell mein 18 aa sakte the, par outermost ban jaane par 8 se zyada nahi rakhe ja sakte.

ā Sodium (Na), 11 electrons:
K = 2 (bhar gaya) ā L = 8 (bhar gaya) ā M = 1 (bache hue). Distribution = 2, 8, 1.
ā Chlorine (Cl), 17 electrons:
K = 2 ā L = 8 ā M = 7 (17 ā 2 ā 8 = 7). Distribution = 2, 8, 7.
ā Calcium (Ca), 20 electrons:
K = 2 ā L = 8 ā M = 8 (M mein 18 aa sakte the, par outermost ke rule se abhi 8) ā N = 2. Distribution = 2, 8, 8, 2.

šÆ Valence Shell & Valence Electrons
š Valence shell = atom ki sabse bahar wali (outermost) shell.
Valence electrons = us outermost shell mein maujood electrons.
Valence electrons bahut important hain kyunki yahi decide karte hain ki element kaise react karega aur uski valency kya hogi (agla lesson). Example: Sodium (2, 8, 1) ke paas 1 valence electron hai; Chlorine (2, 8, 7) ke paas 7 valence electrons hain.
Helium (2), Neon (2,8), Argon (2,8,8) - inki outermost shell poori bhari (8, ya He mein 2) hoti hai. Isi wajah se ye bahut stable aur "khush" hote hain - ye kisi se react nahi karte! Inhe noble gases (ya inert gases) kehte hain. Baaki saare elements inhi jaisi full outermost shell paana chahte hain - isi "chahat" se chemistry chalti hai!
