Solution Kya Hai? ๐ฅค
Jab aap ek glass paani mein ek chammach cheeni daalkar achhe se hilaate ho, toh cheeni "gaayab" ho jaati hai - lekin wo kahin gayi nahi, wo paani mein ghul (dissolve) gayi. Ab har ghoont barabar meetha lagta hai. Yahi ek Solution hai: do ya zyada substances ka ek homogeneous (uniform) mixture, jisme components alag se nahi dikhte.
Har solution ke do main hisse hote hain:
๐ Solute = jo ghulta hai (jis cheez ki maatra kam hoti hai) - jaise cheeni.
Solvent = jo ghulaata hai (jis cheez ki maatra zyada hoti hai) - jaise paani.
Solution = Solute + Solvent (cheeni ka paani = cheeni [solute] + paani [solvent]).
Paani ko "universal solvent" kehte hain, kyunki ye sabse zyada cheezein ghulaa leta hai. Isi wajah se hamari body, samundar, aur zyada-tar chemistry paani par chalti hai. Lekin solvent hamesha paani ho, aisa zaroori nahi - nail polish remover mein solvent acetone hota hai.

Aksar log samajhte hain solution matlab koi cheez paani mein ghuli hui. Lekin solute aur solvent solid, liquid ya gas - kuch bhi ho sakte hain! Neeche kai tarah ke solutions dekho:

Soda aur cold drinks mein Carbon dioxide gas ghuli hoti hai (high pressure par). Jab aap bottle kholte ho, pressure kam ho jaata hai aur gas bulbule (bubbles) banakar bahar aati hai - "phuss" ki awaaz ke saath! Ye gas-in-liquid solution ka mazedaar example hai.
๐ True Solution Ki Properties
Ek asli (true) solution ki kuch khaas nishaaniyan hoti hain. Ye aage colloids aur suspensions se farak karne mein kaam aayengi:
- Solute ke particles bahut hi chhote hote hain (1 nanometre se bhi chhote) - isliye nangi aankh ya microscope se bhi nahi dikhte.
- Solution transparent (aar-paar saaf) hota hai - light aar-paar nikal jaati hai.
- Particles kabhi settle (neeche baith) nahi hote, chahe kitna bhi rakho.
- Filter paper se guzaarne par solute alag nahi hota (particles itne chhote ki paper ke chhedon se nikal jaate hain).
- Light ka path nahi dikhta (koi Tyndall effect nahi - ye hum Lesson 4 mein dekhenge).
๐ Dilute vs Concentrated: Jis solution mein solute kam ho use dilute (patla) aur jisme zyada ho use concentrated (gaadha) kehte hain. Ye "kitna" batata hai - iski exact ginti (calculation) hum Concentration wale lesson mein karenge.
๐ง Saturated, Unsaturated & Supersaturated
Kya paani mein aap unlimited cheeni ghula sakte ho? Nahi! Ek limit ke baad cheeni ghulna band ho jaati hai aur neeche baithne lagti hai. Is limit ke aadhaar par solutions teen tarah ke hote hain:
1. Unsaturated Solution
Jisme aur solute ghul sakta hai (limit tak nahi pahuncha). Jaise ek glass paani mein aap ne bas 1 chammach cheeni daali - abhi bahut aur ghul sakti hai.
2. Saturated Solution
Jisme us temperature par aur solute nahi ghul sakta - limit aa gayi. Ab jitni bhi cheeni daalo, wo neeche baith jaayegi, ghulegi nahi. Jis point par solution saturate hota hai, use saturation point kehte hain.
3. Supersaturated Solution
Ye ek special sthiti hai jisme solution mein saturation se bhi zyada solute ghula hota hai - ye tab banta hai jab garam saturated solution ko dhyaan se thanda karo. Ye unstable hota hai; halka sa disturb karne par extra solute crystals ban kar bahar aa jaata hai (yahi crystallisation ka aadhaar hai - Lesson 5 mein).
๐ Solubility (Vileyata) Kya Hai?
Solubility = ek diye gaye temperature par 100 gram solvent mein jitna maximum solute ghul sakta hai (saturate hone tak), utni maatra (grams mein). Har substance ki solubility alag hoti hai, aur ye do cheezon par depend karti hai:
- Solute aur solvent ki nature - namak paani mein ghulta hai lekin tel mein nahi; "like dissolves like".
- Temperature - garam paani zyada cheez ghula leta hai (zyada-tar solids ke liye).

Ye is lesson ka sabse important aur interesting hissa hai. Temperature solids aur gases ki solubility par ulta (opposite) asar daalta hai:
๐ง Solids: Garam = Zyada Ghulte
Zyada-tar solids (cheeni, namak, potassium nitrate) garam paani mein zyada ghulte hain. Isliye chai/coffee mein cheeni garam paani mein turant ghul jaati hai, par thande paani mein der lagti hai. Halwaai (sweet maker) cheeni ki chaashni (syrup) garam karke hi banaate hain.
๐จ Gases: Garam = Kam Ghulte
Gases garam paani mein kam ghulti hain. Isi wajah se:
- Garam cold drink jaldi "flat" (gas nikal kar bekaar) ho jaati hai.
- Garam paani ko garam karte waqt bulbule (ghuli hui hawa) neeche se uthte hain, ubalne se pehle hi.
- Machhliyan (fish) garam paani mein kam oxygen milne se pareshaan hoti hain - isliye industries ka garam paani nadiyon mein chhodna machhliyon ke liye khatarnaak hai (thermal pollution).
๐ Solubility - Rozmarra Ki Zindagi
Machhli paani mein ghuli hui (dissolved) oxygen ko apne gills se leti hai. Thande paani mein zyada oxygen ghuli hoti hai, isliye thande paani ki nadiyon/jheelon mein zyada machhliyan hoti hain. Garam ya gande (polluted) paani mein oxygen kam ho jaati hai aur machhliyan mar sakti hain.
Do glass lo - ek thanda paani, ek garam paani. Dono mein ek-ek chammach cheeni daalkar hilao. Dekho: garam paani mein cheeni bahut jaldi ghul jaati hai! Ab dono ko saturate karke dekho - garam paani zyada cheeni ghula lega. Yahi temperature ka solubility par asar hai.
