Atoms Akele Nahi Rehte 🤝
Zyada-tar atoms akele stable nahi hote (yaad karo - sabko apni outermost shell poori chahiye). Isliye atoms aapas mein judkar rehte hain. Jab do ya zyada atoms judte hain toh banta hai ek Molecule. Aur jab atom electron de ya le leta hai, toh banta hai ek Ion. Chaliye dono ko detail mein samjhein.
📌 Molecule = kisi element (tatva) ya compound (yaugik) ka wo sabse chhota kann jo akela reh sakta hai (independent existence) aur us padarth ke saare gun rakhta hai.
🔵 Molecules of Elements (Ek Hi Tarah Ke Atoms)
Jab ek hi element ke atoms aapas mein judte hain. Jaise oxygen gas mein do oxygen atoms jude hote hain - isliye oxygen ka formula O₂ hai, sirf O nahi!
📌 Atomicity = ek molecule mein kitne atoms hain.

Oxygen gas jo hum saans lete hain wo O₂ hai (2 atoms). Lekin O₃ (ozone) - 3 atoms wala - upar aakash mein ek layer banata hai jo hume suraj ki khatarnaak UV kirnon se bachata hai! Ek hi element, atomicity alag, kaam bilkul alag.
🟣 Molecules of Compounds (Alag Elements)
Jab alag-alag elements ke atoms fixed ratio (anupaat) mein judte hain:

⚡ Ions - Charge Wale Kann
Jab koi atom (ya atoms ka group) electron de ya le leta hai, toh uspar charge aa jaata hai - use Ion kehte hain.
📌 Cation (+) = electron DEKAR bana positive ion. Jaise Na⁺, Mg²⁺, Al³⁺.
Anion (−) = electron LEKAR bana negative ion. Jaise Cl⁻, O²⁻, N³⁻.
Yaad rakhne ka tareeka: "Cation" mein "t" ko "+" ki tarah socho - ye positive hai. Aur "Anion" mein "n" = "negative". Aur logic bhi simple hai: electron (negative) de doge toh positive bachega; le loge toh negative ho jaoge.
👥 Polyatomic Ions (Group Wale Ions)
Kuch ions ek se zyada atoms ke group se bane hote hain, lekin poora group milkar ek hi charge rakhta hai. Inhe polyatomic ions (ya radicals) kehte hain. Ye formulae likhne mein bahut kaam aate hain:

📌 Polyatomic ion ko hamesha ek "packet" (unit) samjho. Agar formula mein ek se zyada chahiye, toh use bracket mein rakhkar number lagate hain - jaise Ca(OH)₂ (calcium hydroxide).
🧂 Ionic Compounds Mein "Molecule" Nahi Hote!
Ek zaroori baat: NaCl (namak) jaise ionic compounds mein alag-alag molecules nahi hote. Inme Na⁺ aur Cl⁻ ions ek bade jaal (lattice/crystal) mein tarteeb se lage hote hain. Isliye inke liye hum "molecular mass" nahi, balki "formula unit mass" kehte hain (agle lessons mein).
