Jab Cells "Settle" Ho Jaate Hain 🛋️

Meristem ke baby cells hamesha divide nahi karte. Ek time ke baad wo divide karna band kar dete hain, ek khaas shape aur kaam le lete hain — bilkul jaise bachpan ke baad insaan koi ek career (doctor, teacher) chun leta hai. Is process ko differentiation kehte hain, aur aise cells se bane tissue ko Permanent Tissue kehte hain.

📌 Permanent tissues do type ke hote hain:
Simple - ek hi tarah ke cells se bane (parenchyma, collenchyma, sclerenchyma)
Complex - alag-alag tarah ke cells milkar bane (xylem, phloem)

1️⃣ Simple Permanent Tissues

Parenchyma patli wall, khaali space Collenchyma corners par extra moti Sclerenchyma bahut moti wall, dead
Teen simple tissues - patli se moti wall tak, soft se hard tak.
Packing & Storage

🟢 Parenchyma

Sabse basic aur common tissue. Living cells, patli wall, beech mein khaali jagah. Ye khaana aur paani store karta hai aur "packing material" ki tarah gaps bharta hai. Do khaas roop:

  • Chlorenchyma - isme chloroplast hota hai, photosynthesis karta hai (green pattiyon mein).
  • Aerenchyma - isme hawa ke bade cavities hote hain, jisse water plants (jaise jalkumbhi / water hyacinth) paani par tairte hain.
Flexible Support

🔵 Collenchyma

Living cells jinki wall corners par moti hoti hai. Ye plant ko flexibility deta hai - yaani plant jhuk sakta hai bina toote. Isi wajah se hawa mein plant ke tane aur pattiyon ke danthal (leaf stalk) lehrate hain par tootte nahi. Climbers (bel) ke stems mein zyada hota hai.

Hardness & Strength

🟤 Sclerenchyma

Ye DEAD (mari hui) cells hain jinki wall bahut moti hoti hai (lignin ki wajah se). Ye plant ko hardness aur strength deta hai. Nariyal (coconut) ka reshedaar khol, badam/akhrot ke chhilke, aur seeds ke hard cover isi tissue se bante hain. Isi wajah se ye parts itne kade hote hain!

🥥 Nariyal Ka Reshaa

Jab aap nariyal ka kada, reshedaar (fibrous) part chhudate ho, toh aap asal mein sclerenchyma se lad rahe ho! Isi ki wajah se nariyal itna mazboot hota hai.

2️⃣ Complex Permanent Tissues (Vascular)

Ye "transport" tissues hain - plant ki plumbing (pipe) system. Inme alag-alag tarah ke cells milkar kaam karte hain. Do main hote hain: Xylem aur Phloem.

Xylem Paani UPAR (roots se leaves) Phloem Khaana DONO taraf
Xylem paani ko upar le jaata hai; phloem khaana dono taraf pahunchata hai.
Water Pipe (upward)

💧 Xylem

Ye paani aur minerals ko jadon (roots) se pattiyon (leaves) tak upar le jaata hai. Iske zyada-tar cells DEAD hote hain (kyunki khokhle pipe chahiye). Iske 4 parts: tracheids, vessels, xylem parenchyma, xylem fibres. Xylem plant ko mazbooti bhi deta hai.

Food Delivery (both ways)

🍯 Phloem

Ye pattiyon mein bane khaane (food/glucose) ko plant ke baaki hisson tak pahunchata hai - aur ye dono direction mein ho sakta hai. Iske cells zyada-tar LIVING hote hain. Iske 4 parts: sieve tubes, companion cells, phloem parenchyma, phloem fibres.

📌 Yaad rakhne ka trick: "Xylem = water Xilega, sirf upar (dead cells). Phloem = Food, dono taraf (living cells)."
